You set up and manage IDS on the MiVoice Business contact point using the following forms:
IDS Connection: Allows you to configure the connection between the MiVoice Business contact point and the directory server domain controller.
User Service Data to LDAP: Allows you to change the mapping between MiVoice Business user data and corporate directory user data. New LDAP attributes and default handling can be programmed for the fields managed on the directory server.
IDS Data Management: Allows you to display and manage entries from the directory server that have not yet been updated on the MiVoice Business IDS contact point. The entries may be detained (waiting to be processed manually), pending (waiting to be processed automatically, or failed (rejected due an error). This form also allows you to import and export LDIF files containing user records.
